Those Lips

The Rocky Horror Picture Show was intended to start in black & white, then turn to selective colouring as soon as Dr Frank-N-Furter popped on screen with just his lips popping out, and turn to full colour as soon as he throws off his cape. Here's yours truly's attempt to recreate it.
